About the role…

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Internal Communications Team based from our Head Office in the Midlands. We’re looking for a passionate and creative communicator to manage and produce communication to over 1000 store and field teams across 6 different countries.

What you’ll be doing…

You’ll be responsible for the Internal communications process from start to end. This will Include design, management creation and publishing of operational communication for our retail colleagues on behalf of our central functions. You’ll drive continuous improvement to develop new effective ways of communicating with our retail population and manage various communications channels and content to support business growth. That’s not all, you’ll be busy working with the wider teams across head office, with a focus on Trading and Marketing to ensure you can plan and deliver a rolling 12-month communication plan.

About you…

You’ll have experience of working in a similar role and have worked within an internal communications Team for a large organisation. You’ll demonstrate skills in creating, designing and coming up with innovative and fresh ideas for publications. You’ll have an eye for detail and have strong written communication skills. It goes without saying you’ll be enthusiastic and engaged with a hands-on approach. You’ll have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and at times working towards demanding deadlines
