Poundland and Dealz are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager who will play a pivotal part in ensuring compliance is to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the team and colleagues are working in a safe, secure, clean, and friendly environment. The role will be fast-paced, with the need to train and develop a team, manage performance, and ensure KPIs are being achieved. Shift Patterns -Red Shift – Tuesday to Saturday 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 (on rotation)
