As a Warehouse Team Manager, you'll be responsible for:
•Organising and leading your team to meet and exceed productivity targets.
•Overseeing the day-to-day activities of warehouse colleagues within your area.
•Supporting delivery of operational KPIs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
•Planning workloads alongside Operations Managers and forecasting staffing needs.
•Ensuring compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
•Conducting team performance reviews, coaching, and developing your team members.
•Managing employee relations issues such as disciplinaries and grievances in line with HR policy.
•Promoting a safe, clean, and fair working environment in line with health & safety directives.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
•Experience in a warehouse or fast-paced distribution environment (FMCG preferred).
•Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
•Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
•Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
•Strong IT literacy and confidence working with warehouse systems.
•The ability to adapt, problem-solve, and lead by example.
•Flexibility to meet operational needs.
