We are looking for a proactive and organised Reward Coordinator to join our People Team at Poundland & Dealz.
You'll support the Reward Manager and take ownership of a variety of tasks including managing colleague benefits and coordinating loyal service awards.
You'll be the go-to person for all things Reward admin – from inbox management to keeping our systems updated and supporting a range of Reward projects with scope to learn and grow.
This role is key to ensuring our colleagues are recognised, supported, and set up for success.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who is looking to develop their career in Reward and broader HR, offering valuable insight into the Reward function and opening the door to a range of future career paths.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Customer Support Centre in Walsall.

• Co-ordinate Loyal Service Award events and communications for service milestones.
• Manage the Reward inbox, responding promptly to queries.
• Oversee the Colleague Discount portal, handling queries and promoting the benefit.
• Complete regular Reward admin tasks and maintain relevant systems.
• Support Reward-related projects as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software (e.g. Resource Link, Manage Engine) is a plus.
• Experience of working in HR or Reward administration.
• Strong organisational, planning, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle queries efficiently and work independently.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
