About the opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator to provide first line support to our customers and colleagues and ensure maintenance calls are dealt with professionally and in supportive manner.

You will regularly communicate with key stakeholders and be responsible for responding to a variety of requests for repairs and general maintenance within agreed timescales. You will manage all incoming calls from start to finish effectively and ensure our software system is up to date and with accurate status.

What we are looking for?

Ideal candidate will have experience of working in a helpdesk/ call centre environment and have working knowledge of using database/information systems as well as Microsoft Office package including Excel.

The role is suitable for individual with good communication, planning and organisation skills who is a confident decision maker and able to solve issues effectively.
