About the opportunity...

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Facilities team to deliver continuous improvements in service and standards throughout your property portfolio. Develop and improve the property service through continuous review of policies and procedures, ensuring best practice, providing sound facilities management advice and regular communication to the business. Work across our Distribution Centre Portfolio which is currently in Harlow, Bilston, Willenhall and Wigan.

What you'll be doing...

You’ll be ensuring health, safety and legal compliance is never compromised. You’ll be working across our Distribution Centres and our Head Office to ensure everything is in ship shape condition and any repairs are dealt with in a timely manner causing minimal risk to our customers and the site. You’ll also be focussing on ways to improve the Distribution Centres / Head Office. You’ll be driving great value by repairing things faster, cheaper and simpler than our suppliers. 

About You...

Ideally you’ll be working in a similar environment and have strong construction / facilities knowledge. On a daily basis you’ll be managing stakeholders, so it goes without saying you’ll have good communication skills and customer service will be a priority. You’ll also have Good knowledge of Health and Safety including Electrical/HVA and warehouse equipment. You’ll also have a clean valid driver’s licence.
