What we are Looking for...

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Regional Manager to join our fast-paced retail environment.  You will be Customer focussed, have impeccable standards and can demonstrate how you bring teams with you to deliver retail excellence.

What you'll be Doing

You will lead and empower a team of approx. 10 Area Sales Manager and have full accountability of approx. 200 stores within the retail estate covering the South West Region. Ideally you will live in and around the M4 Corridor.

You'll need proven experience of Regional management, preferably with some experience in Discount Retail.  Or you may be a Senior Area Manager, having had responsibility for a large area, looking for your next move.  Just as important though, you really enjoy being part of a fast-moving Retail environment.
