You'll definitely need proven experience of retail management, ideally you will have worked within an area management role, as you will have overall accountability for around 18 stores .Just as important though, you really enjoy being part of a fast moving and ever changing environment.

Ideally you will be located in South West Ireland.

What your day to day will look like...

You’ll help us to:

  • Continually grow sales and deliver against key KPI’s such as labour and stock loss.
  • Consistently implement and execute retail priorities which drives great customer experience.
  • Create a safe environment in stores for our colleagues and customers through effective legal and H&S compliance.

  • An effective implementer – able to make things happen.
  • Well-developed influencing skills – able to present clear and evidence-based arguments.

  • Financial awareness – able to understand and interpret financial and operational reports, to make informed judgements and decisions.
  • A Leader who has the ability to motivate and coach the team to achieve area objectives.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills who can interact with both the team and colleagues.
